Kathmandu / Sanima Bank has introduced the facility of customer service experience rating through all offices. Bank has introduced this facility focusing on the customer service experience and getting feedback from the customers.
Under this initiative, the customers will be able to rate the service experience of the bank and give feedback on their experience digitally. The bank has made available QR codes at the teller and customer service departments of all offices.
Customers can provide their rating and feedback instantly by scanning the QR code. Bank has taken this initiative with the aim to improve the Customer Service.
Sanima Bank is providing banking services from 132 offices and 123 ATM networks in all 7 provinces.
